REPORTfusion

Interoperability now... your way!

Paperless Mobile Reporting

FATPOT REPORTfusion is a breakthrough in efficient, paperless, automated reporting for mobile users. Authorized personnel, who are located anywhere, can create, update, approve and submit for approval any pre-defined report in the system. Paperwork that used to consume a significant portion of a professional’s day can now be streamlined, resulting in more time and productivity in the field and the office.

The FATPOT Field Reporting module leverages the PortalONE program and GlobalMOBILE technology to provide a truly mobile, automated reporting system known as REPORTfusion. Professionals use the system to complete and submit standard reports such as incident, citation, and accident reports. The software also supports agency-specific customized reports, which are easily generated and mapped to back-end databases or existing records management systems (RMS).

FATPOT Field Reporting provides tools that help professionals to complete reports speedily and accuracy. Users can prefill FATPOT's electronic reports by looking up information residing in accessible databases. The program provides validation tools that ensure the accuracy of submitted data.

Departments can also use FATPOT Field Reporting to define and manage custom chains of review for all reports. The software also automates the distributing of reported information and complying with reporting regulations. The system seamlessly interfaces with state, local, and federal databases, including NBIRS, BARD, NFIRS, NEMSIS, and court systems.

Proven Effectiveness

The Utah Highway Patrol reported a significant increase in productivity in 2007, when it implemented FATPOT REPORTfusion. According to KUTV 2News, the agency reduced the report processing time by 40 percent.
