Police RMS.™ Police RMS™ software provides mobile, secure access to RMS-based information and a store of interoperable solutions. Police RMS™ possesses the PortalONE™ solution's capabilities but provides additional, advanced modules. (The product is compatible with all of the PortalONE™ program's core modules). The advanced modules for Police RMS™ allow authorized personnel to access and update a wealth of information in records management systems (RMS). This capability has many applications, including, managing a budget, keeping a daily log, collaborating on investigations and verifying reports.

FATPOT PortalONE.™ This solution is tailored to law enforcement requirements. The software is a proven crime-fighting resource that runs on laptops and desktop computers. It gives first responders and other personnel instant access to key intelligence and interoperable tools. FATPOT PortalONE™ helps personnel to work more effectively by eliminating many redundant processes and time-consuming paperwork. It also promotes officer safety in the field by providing audible alerts, ticker tape notifications, and instant access to life-saving information.

FATPOT Secure Communications™ system. The FATPOT Communications™ module (also known as the FATPOT Messaging™ module) is an instant messaging system that allows public safety professionals to communicate using secure, 128-bit or 256-bit AES and 1024-bit RSA encrypted technology. Users can take advantage of several features:  

• Instant notification. Professionals can use bulletins, including ATL, BOLO, and AMBER Alerts, and ticker tape messages to communicate instantly with public safety officials.
• Audible alerts. The program's text-to-speech capabilities announce important notifications, including incoming chats and bulletins.
• E-mail client. This feature-rich program provides Inbox, Deleted, and Sent folders for your e-mail messages. A contact management feature enables professionals to contact other professionals conveniently and quickly.

FATPOT Field Reporting system (Citations). The FATPOT REPORTfusion™ system gives public safety personnel the ability to complete, submit, and review reports electronically. The module supports numerous types of law enforcement reports, including Incident, DUI, Citations and Accident reports, and enables departments to manage document chains-of custody efficiently. The FATPOT REPORTfusion™ system provides an easy-to-use interface for many types of reports, and gives users reporting tools they can use to complete reports accurately and quickly. For example, the Autofill feature enables users to search databases and prefill reports with relevant data. Prefilling a report means saved time and greater accuracy.
