Skills and Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in sound software engineering principles, including Object Oriented Programming.
• Must have strong working knowledge of C#, C++, SQL, XML.
• Skilled at network programming.
• Understanding of basic algorithms and code optimization.
• Skilled in the art of debugging.
• Ability to assist with requirements analysis and system design.
• Ability to document software designs and source code in a clear and concise manner.
• Professional demeanor, able to communicate effectively, and works well in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a minimum of three years of in-depth, on-the-job programming experience.
