Brian Taylor — CEO, Founder
Brian Taylor is a co-founder of the company and has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since the company’s inception. Mr. Taylor brings more than 15 years of executive management and leadership experience to FATPOT — with emphasis in business development, marketing and sales. He is the architect of FATPOT's relationship and sales strategy to create the "First Statewide Public Safety Interoperability Data Sharing Network in America."
Prior to creating FATPOT, Mr. Taylor was a partner in EBIG, Inc. (Enhanced Benefits Insurance Group), a western regional bank consulting company with extensive financial experience in transferring large blocks of tier one bank capital assets. He also founded, and is a partner in Stone Mountain Financial Mortgage and Real Estate Company.
Mr. Taylor is an accomplished college athlete. He gained the honor of Academic All Western Athletic Conference athlete as a basketball player for Brigham Young University. Mr. Taylor earned a Bachelor's degree from BYU in humanities and business management in 1988.

Jonathan Wesley — CTO, Founder
Jonathan K. Wesley is a co-founder and serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the company. His unique perspectives, ideas, and computer science theories have laid the foundation for the core FATPOT development libraries, components, and integration systems. He has over 20 years of software development experience coupled with 10 years of critical systems engineering.

Erik Cooley — Chief Operating Officer
Erik Cooley serves as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and President of Government Markets. Mr. Cooley oversees all finance and company operations. He is an effective and innovative problem-solver with numerous demonstrated results. Mr. Cooley has a global perspective with more than 15 years of diverse business experience.
Mr. Cooley led one of Franklin Covey’s largest divisions and was responsible for generating $25 million in revenue in 2003. Mr. Cooley has also served as Vice President of Marketing for Franklin Covey and Overstock.com, where he was responsible for various successful data integration and technology projects.
Mr. Cooley was a finance manager with Hewlett Packard where he oversaw several multi-million dollar budgets and was nominated for Hewlett Packard’s “Best Practices” award for innovation that saved the company millions of dollars. Mr. Cooley has a finance degree from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, where he was awarded the “Outstanding Finance Graduate” honor. He also earned an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the University of Utah.

John Harding — Pres. Global Markets
John Harding serves as a director of the company and has served as the President of Global Markets since October 2004. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Harding served in several senior management capacities with Franklin Covey from November 1993 to October 2004. Mr. Harding served as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Franklin Covey and Franklin Quest from November 1993 to August 2002 and handled the $10 million contract providing strategic business development services for Accenture senior partners from August 2002 to October 2004.
Mr. Harding served as the CFO, COO, and CEO of Shipley Associates and negotiated the sale of Shipley to Franklin Quest for $23 million in November 1993. Mr. Harding also worked with Price Waterhouse, IBM, and Deloitte Touche in various consulting, management, and sales capacities. Mr. Harding is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the UACPA and AICPA. Mr. Harding received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Richard King — Chief Information Officer
Mr. King has served as Chief Information Officer since October 2006. He is an experienced leader in both software technology development and company operations. Prior to joining the company, Mr. King served as Chief Information Officer for Nu Skin International. Mr. King founded Big Planet, Inc., an Internet Service Provider, in 1997 which was acquired by direct selling giant, Nu Skin Enterprises in 1999.
His educational background is in Computer Science and Business from Brigham Young University. Mr. King served as Novell’s Executive Vice President of Netware Systems, a 1.2 billion division, and was an early employee with Novell and was key contributor to the growth and success of Novell, Inc. — where he spent 11 years.
Mr. King is shaping the strategic direction of FATPOT, and is responsible for software development operations and customer support.

Scott LeFevre — Sr. V.P. Client Solutions
Scott LeFevre has served as Senior. Vice President of Client Solutions since July 2006. He oversees the direction and management of FATPOT’s direct selling and marketing efforts. Scott is also closely involved with partner development efforts.
Scott brings more than 20 years of experience to FATPOT — most of which has been focused on marketing, product management, and sales. Prior to joining FATPOT, Scott held senior management positions with large corporations including PET Inc., Frito-Lay, Franklin Covey, and Iomega. He also enjoyed valuable experience with smaller companies and entrepreneurial ventures.
Scott graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah with a B.A. in Finance. He later earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
